Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in the hotel industry, in a similar position
- Fidelio Opera “Front Office and Cashiering functions” or Ïnfor” an advantage
- Prior night audit experience an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic mathematics and accounting knowledge essential
- Display a high level of emotional intelligence
- Customer orientation, qualified charm and sophistication is an advantage
- Presentable
- Ability to capture, interpret and interrogate data
- Ability to work shifts and occasional overtime
