A well-established manufacturing company is looking for a Procurement Manager to join its team. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for procurement planning, managing a team, and optimizing purchasing processes to ensure efficient procurement and the continuity of operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the procurement team
- Plan purchases and ensure the availability of raw materials and components
- Optimize inventory levels using the MRP system
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with suppliers
- Manage issues related to lead times, quality, quantities, and costs
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements
- Collaborate with the production, planning, and operations teams to ensure a smooth supply chain
