In a typical day, YOU will:
- Opens and processes new credit accounts
- Collects and follows-up on customers’ accounts
- Releases orders on credit hold
- Reconciles accounts
- Handles customers credit limits
- Issues weekly reports
- Supports other employees within the department
Must-haves for this role:
- Open to recent graduates and entry‑level candidates with 1–2 years of experience
- Must have post‑secondary education in Business Administration with a robust Accounting capability.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office; excel intermediate level
- Knowledge of accounting and legal aspects of credit
- Must have excellent communications skills with customers in order to make collection calls.
- Ability to analyze a customer’s Financial Statement and utilize Equifax to properly determine the credit worthiness of our customers.
