Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and spearhead radiation therapy education programs
• Assess education needs for staff and patients
• Stay updated with emerging trends in radiation therapy
• Deliver training and mentorship to radiation therapists
• Participate in RMP's quality assurance and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Radiation Therapy; Master’s in relevant field preferred
• At least 5 years of practice experience
• Leadership and course design experience preferred
• Required certifications with CMRITO, CAMRT
• Must be proficient in English with excellent teaching skills
