This fast paced hands-on position will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of handling of all customer orders and queries.

HOURS: SundaytoThursday9:00amto5:00pm(Sundayhoursare flexible)

Salary Range : $48,000 - $50,000 depending on experience

SUMMARY– Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, the Customer Care Representative delivers proactive, high quality service and support to both internal and external customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for retailers, brokers, and Account Representatives regarding orders, credits, inquiries,



and issue resolution for the first bullet point under essential duties.

ESSENTIALDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES includethefollowing.Otherdutiesmaybe assigned.

- Obtainsordersviaphone,andticketingsystemandenterstheordersintotheAS400/Webseries system.
- Assistscustomerswithallproductandsalesqueriesand complaints.
- PerformSOR... actually the string is: Performsordermaintenanceandcompletesfollowupthroughoutboundcallstoour accounts.
- ProcessesanyauthorizedcreditsforaccountsthroughtheAS400/Webseries system.
- Providesthehighestlevelofcustomerservicetoall Accounts.
- Entersnewcustomerdataandothersalesdataforcurrentcustomersintocomputer database.
