Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance candidate experience throughout recruitment
• Assist in interview and selection processes
• Partner with leaders for negotiation strategies

Requirements:
• An Associate’s degree, Bachelor's preferred
• Minimum of five years in a recruiting role
