Overview

Curiouscast, Corus Entertainment’s podcast network, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Campaign Coordinator, Podcasting to support the execution of podcast advertising campaigns from start to finish.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of podcast advertising campaigns, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Ad Operations, Production, Traffic, and external vendors.
- Set up, track, and manage campaign details including flight dates, creative assets, ad copy, and placements.
- Monitor campaign performance and delivery, flagging issues and working with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, reports, and updates in internal systems.
- Support campaign pacing, optimization, and post-campaign reporting as required.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure campaigns align with network capacity and commitments.
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders regarding campaign status, changes, and timelines.




- Support continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and campaign quality.

Skills & Experience

- Post-secondary education in Digital Advertising/marketing, Broadcasting, Broadcast Technology or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, podcasting, sales, media coordination, or a related field.
- Experience with ad serving platforms or CRM tools.
- Technical experience and proficiency with top podcast platforms (Apple Podcasts, Amazon, Spotify) and hosting platforms.
- Experience in finance and financial tracking.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with deadlines in a fast‑paced, collaborative workplace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
