We are looking for experienced Site Foreman/Site Foreperson to join our workforce housing projects team in Calgary.

This is a full‑time temporary assignment for 11‑12 months.

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise different trades in the field and be able to manage the site on their own when required under the supervision of the Construction Manager.
- Ensure trades are installed as per drawing and industry best practice.
- Monitor and manage HSE requirements onsite.
- Place material orders and pick them up when needed.
- Complete modular units’ inspections as they come off the manufacturing line.
- Assist with daily reporting as needed.
- Complete site walks daily throughout the building complex to evaluate contractors’ work.
- Participate in daily toolbox and weekly safety meetings.

Required Skills / Experience

- 1+ years foreman/foreperson experience.
- 5+ years in the construction industry (commercial/industrial setting) with interior finishing residential experience and some modular construction/installation preferred.
- Journeyman or Apprentice Carpenter preferred.




- Strong knowledge of construction safety practices with hands‑on experience enforcing safety protocols, conducting site inspections, leading safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with all OH&S; regulations.
- Proficient in blueprint reading, effective communicator both verbal and written.
- Good understanding of various trades such as concrete foundation, plumbing, electrical, roofing, building envelope, finish carpentry etc, safety certifications preferred.
