We are currently seeking a motivated Millwright Apprentice to join our Maintenance team.The Millwright Apprentice will work alongside licensed Millwrights to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment in a quick‑paced industrial environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to continue building their trade experience and grow within a dynamic organization.What We OfferLong Term Disability.Employee and Family Assistance Program.Monthly Bonus- $300Training and opportunities for growth and advancement!What’s ExpectedAssist with troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, replacing, and testing industrial machinery and mechanical equipmentSupport maintenance activities involving hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, cooling, fuel, and exhaust systemsAssist with servicing pumps,
fans, tanks, conveyors, presses, generators, and hydraulic/pneumatic controlsComplete preventative maintenance tasks and inspectionsAccurately complete work orders, service checklists, and maintenance reportsReport equipment malfunctions and defects to the Maintenance SupervisorMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentReturn unused parts and company tools to designated areasFollow all Occupational Health & Safety policies and proceduresSupport company Quality and Environmental objectivesOther duties as assigned by managementYou have:Registered Millwright Apprentice (433A) or actively pursuing apprenticeship registrationMinimum 2–3 years of industrial or mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environmentPrevious industrial or mechanical maintenance experience considered an assetBasic knowledge of industrial machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatic systemsStrong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnPositive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work in a physically demanding industrial environmentValid G Driver’s License considered an assetShift : Monday- Friday, 6:00AM-3:00PM, overtime as required.Wage : $26.70 per hour.Triple M Metal LP is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we welcome diversity in the workplace.
