We are currently seeking a motivated Millwright Apprentice to join our Maintenance team.The Millwright Apprentice will work alongside licensed Millwrights to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment in a quick‑paced industrial environment. fans, tanks, conveyors, presses, generators, and hydraulic/pneumatic controlsComplete preventative maintenance tasks and inspectionsAccurately complete work orders, service checklists, and maintenance reportsReport equipment malfunctions and defects to the Maintenance SupervisorMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentReturn unused parts and company tools to designated areasFollow all Occupational Health & Safety policies and proceduresSupport company Quality and Environmental objectivesOther duties as assigned by managementYou have:Registered Millwright Apprentice (433A) or actively pursuing apprenticeship registrationMinimum 2–3 years of industrial or mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environmentPrevious industrial or mechanical maintenance experience considered an assetBasic knowledge of industrial machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatic systemsStrong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnPositive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work in a physically demanding industrial environmentValid G Driver’s License considered an assetShift : Monday- Friday, 6:00AM-3:00PM, overtime as required.Wage : $26.70 per hour.Triple M Metal LP is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we welcome diversity in the workplace.
