Overview
Supports founder recruitment, community engagement, communications, and marketing initiatives that drive awareness, participation, and growth across Tribe’s programs and events.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email newsletters, websites, and event platforms.
- Assist in developing content that promotes Tribe programs, founder success stories, and ecosystem activities.
- Contribute to campaign planning and content calendars.
- Help create promotional materials and event communications.
Community & Ecosystem Engagement
- Support engagement activities for founders, alumni, mentors, and ecosystem partners.
- Assist with the promotion and delivery of networking events, community gatherings, and ecosystem initiatives.
- Help strengthen relationships with community members and partners through consistent communication.
Recruitment & Growth
- Support outreach campaigns to attract applicants for Tribe programs.
- Track recruitment performance and application pipelines.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to increase participation and community engagement.
- Help communicate program value propositions to target audiences.
Insights & Performance Tracking
- Monitor marketing and engagement metrics.
- Support analysis of campaign performance and participation trends.
- Contribute recommendations to improve recruitment, engagement, and retention outcomes.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Ongoing diploma/degree in Business Administration is preferred but not essential
- Experience creating content for various social media platforms, including video and photo content
- Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in tools such as Canva or Procreate
- Relevant writing experience
- Tech savviness, including familiarity with different social media apps and editing tools, and camera and mic configurations; Zoom hosting and Eventbrite setup are nice-to-haves
