Overview This position will assist the Vice President of the St. Louis branch with administrative duties pertaining to sales and operations. This job entails knowledge of basic MS Excel and Word are essential, ability to do assigned research tasks, and respond quickly to requests is very significant. Responsibilities Helping Walk-in customers who visiting the UGM stone gallery Be involved in Sales Orders, Scheduling, Documentation and stock control and management Communicate with customers about new arrivals, on hand inventory and find the products they are looking for Being responsible for processing cash and card payments, follow up on AR, Sending AR statements Preparing Sample boards, uploading granite slabs images and communicating with customers via phone/e-mail/fax Answering queries from customers (Price, Sizes, Colors, Availability, Scheduling, Delivery, Samples, Slabs tagging) Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers, home owners Dealing with customer complaints, credit note, refunds and accounting discrepancies if any Working within established credit policy, procedures and guidelines with regards to sales,



delivery and invoicing Keeping up to date with pricing, promotions and putting up displays and coordinate open house Maintain / Update Images galleries of all the new colors, prepare sample kits for new colors Generate leads, call customers, send direction cards, increase walk-ins Follow up with customers about picking up of tagged slabs, past dues and collection of regular invoices Regular email blasts to fabricators and designers on recent colors, features, and specials Gather contact information and keep our contact lists up to date on designers and sales people with fabricators and design firms Qualifications Ability to multi task Must be very organized Having a friendly and engaging personality Strong communication skills Able to work as part of a sales team Job Details Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
