As a qualified Conscious Sedation RN, you will need a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Your responsibilities will include administering anesthesia, monitoring patients' vital signs during dental procedures, and facilitating a safe recovery process. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality care to our unique patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and manage parenteral conscious sedation effectively
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient's cardiac and respiratory health




• Provide educational support to patients prior to procedures
• Identify and address post-operative issues promptly
• Oversee the safe discharge of patients
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse Diploma or Baccalaureate Degree required
• Valid RN license from Ontario
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications needed
• 1 year of relevant conscious sedation experience
• N95 mask fit certificate and WHMIS certification within last two years
