PROFILE

The Payment Solutions Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and operating the daily payment flows for the organization’s clients.

Responsibilities

- Ensure daily operations and execution of the payment solution
- Monitor exceptions and investigate root causes
- Coordinate communication with clients for incident tracking and resolution
- Identify and promote opportunities for process automation
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in a payment operations role
- Experience with payment and banking networks (EFT, ACH, etc.)
- Robust knowledge of Excel and SQL
- Experience in a fintech environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Finance or equivalent (asset)
- Bilingualism (English required, functional French)
