In this permanent role, you’ll utilize your significant experience to handle various equipment, ensuring accurate and efficient operations. Offering a 14/14 shift schedule with camp accommodations and a flight from Calgary or Edmonton, this position provides benefits after completing 300 hours of work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate multiple types of heavy equipment in mining
• Ensure the accuracy and safety of all operations
• Engage in ongoing training for new machinery
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols
• Complete heavy tasks in challenging conditions
Requirements:
• Minimum 6000 hours operating a 250+ excavator
• 2000 hours experience in open pit mining required
• CSO or BSO mandatory safety training
• Clean driving record with under 9 demerits
• Good proficiency in English, both written and verbal
