Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Identity Access Management (IAM) Consultant to support large-scale identity and access management environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational support, system administration, incident management, integration support, and continuous improvement activities within complex enterprise IAM environments.

This is an onsite position requiring attendance Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Identity and Access Management Operations & Support

- Support development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production IAM environments.
- Monitor the health, performance, and status of service components and technology platforms.
- Start and stop service components as required.
- Perform backup and recovery activities for associated data and configurations.
- Tune and optimize service components.
- Maintain service components through patching, certificate renewals, and license management.
- Triage, analyze, and resolve incidents.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve problems related to IAM systems.
- Assess impacts of changes within secure identity environments.
- Document maintenance, operational procedures, and support requirements.
- Provide 24x7 on-call support for production IAM environments.
- Participate in incident management activities as an Incident Analyst or Tier-2/Tier-3 Subject Matter Expert.
- Participate in change management activities as a Change Assessor, Change Analyst, or Application SME.

Client Integration Support

- Support enterprise clients integrating applications with IAM solutions.
- Analyze technical requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Define and communicate integration patterns and best practices.
- Develop implementation processes and integration plans.




- Construct, test, and deploy integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
- Develop utilities, scripts, applets, and reports to streamline and automate integration activities.
- Document integration approaches and solutions.
- Develop requirements for support and monitoring tools.
- Evaluate and recommend tooling solutions.
- Install and configure support tools.
- Develop, test, and deploy scripts, queries, views, reports, and other automation assets.
- Document support processes and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Sustainment of Large Identity Systems

- 10+ years of experience supporting, administering, monitoring, patching, and maintaining commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Identity and Access Management systems.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus; OIAM 12C experience preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience supporting implementations with over 10,000 registered users.
- 3+ years of experience using Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) for COTS implementations.
- 2+ years of experience with Nagios or similar monitoring tools.
- Solid understanding of security technologies including:
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
- 10+ years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications utilizing:
- Oracle Fusion Middleware
- Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite
- Oracle HTTP Server (OHS)
- Microsoft IIS
- IBM HTTP Server
- IBM WebSphere




- Oracle Database 19c
- Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition
- Windows
- AIX
- Experience with ITIL processes including:
- Change Management
- Release Management
- Capacity Management

Incident & Problem Management

- 10+ years of experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, evaluating, and resolving complex application issues.
- Extensive experience supporting Identity and Access Management platforms.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Quality Assurance

- 10+ years of experience applying quality assurance and quality control methodologies in large-scale environments supporting over 10,000 users.
- Experience with Change Management and Release Management processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Team Foundation Server (TFS).
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM), Oracle AIM, or equivalent frameworks.

Work Arrangement

- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
