Reporting to the Manager of Rehabilitation, your responsibilities will span across client assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration with other health professionals. You will maintain detailed clinical records and supervise Rehab Assistants, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with skilled regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ conditions
• Develop and evaluate individualized treatment plans
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes
• Work closely with health care providers for optimal care
• Mentor and guide Rehab Assistants as needed
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy
• Two years of experience preferred, especially with WSIB
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for travel
