Job Summary

We are seeking a QA Tester with 7+ years of experience in automation testing, with strong hands-on expertise in Python and Selenium and experience testing the Workday Recruitment module. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, developing automation scripts, identifying defects, and ensuring the quality and reliability of Workday recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium.
• Test Workday Recruitment business processes, configurations, and integrations.
• Validate recruitment workflows, including job requisitions, candidate applications, interview processes, offers, and hiring.
• Identify, document, track,
  
  
  
  and retest defects using appropriate defect management tools.
• Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to test planning.
• Maintain automation frameworks and improve test coverage.
• Collaborate with developers, Workday consultants, business analysts, and other QA team members.
• Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status, risks, and issues.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in automation testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Selenium.
• Hands-on experience testing the Workday Recruitment module.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Experience testing Workday Recruitment business processes, configurations, and integrations.
• Robust experience in defect identification, tracking, and retesting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
