Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate subdivision and servicing programs for redevelopment
• Lead teams of consultants and contractors effectively
• Manage project budgets, schedules,



and delivery milestones
• Engage with municipal staff and community stakeholders
• Conduct site visits and provide in office issue resolution
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of real estate development experience
• Background in urban planning, engineering, or related fields
• Experience managing project execution and approvals
• Excellent organizational and adaptability skills
