We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in the position of Senior Warranty Coordinator.

Roles and Responsibilities

Below is a list of the key responsibilities:

- Coordinate all post occupancy and annual service with homeowners
- Schedule all post occupancy work with trade vendors to completion
- Track and moderate all outstanding tasks
- Communicate and assist field technicians with service appointments and tasks
- Populate and maintain service tickets, spreadsheets and software
- Attend regular meetings to review service progress
- Provide regular reporting to management




- Complete other duties at the discretion of management.

Candidate Requirements

The qualified candidate for the position will require the following:

- Own transportation
- Professional in appearance and conduct
- Ability to multi task and work in a team environment
- Very organized and detailed in all aspects
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and experience in Build Pro a strong asset
- Confident to grow and work in a team environment
- Minimum 3 years experience in warranty.
