Canada Cartage is looking for an experienced Lead Hand Truck & Transport Technician to join our maintenance team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help keep our fleet operating safely while supporting and mentoring technicians and apprentices.

- Licensed Journeyperson / Red Seal Truck & Transport Technician or
- Experienced unlicensed technician with 6+ years of applicable experience who meets apprenticeship eligibility requirements.

What You'll Do

- Lead daily shop operations and prioritize repairs
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on fleet equipment
- Support and mentor technicians and apprentices
- Coordinate repair schedules and shop workflow
- Maintain shop safety, inventory,



and maintenance records
- Work with Operations to minimize equipment downtime

What You'll Bring

- Journeyperson / Red Seal certification or 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- CVIP and Off-Road/On-Road certifications are considered assets
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
