You'll be working on projects that reduce manual work, improve patient communication, and solve operational bottlenecks. You'll work directly with our IT, Operations & QA Team to tackle workflow challenges using AI, automation tools, and creative problem-solving.What You'll Work OnEmail Automation & Workflow OptimizationBuild and refine AI-powered email categorization systems using Power Automate and Microsoft 365 toolsCurrently staff spend 2-3 hours daily sorting emails manually—you'll help automate routing for bookings, cancellations, prescription requests, and general inquiriesCreate rules, filters, and smart routing logic to get the right emails to the right people automaticallyPatient Communication AutomationHelp design and test AI phone automation solutions for appointment booking and patient inquiriesImprove our existing appointment confirmation workflow (built in Power Automate)
