As a key member of the Data Activation team, you will report to the Director of Data Activation & Segmentation at Manulife. Your expertise in MarTech will guide the planning and delivery of critical CDP projects, enabling effective personalization strategies. Engage with diverse teams to enhance our business objectives and technology services.

Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document CDP requirements • Analyze technical dependencies with data engineering teams • Drive product strategy and delivery for the CDP platform • Develop project plans, timelines,



and resource allocations • Lead Agile processes while managing the product backlog

Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform and digital transformation • Familiarity with offline data integration and Azure Data Lake • Strong understanding of data engineering principles
