- Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (1 day WFH either Thursday or Friday)
- Pay Rate : $63.95/hr - $75.50/hr
- Contract Length: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

- Joining daily meetings, listening for key action item/takeaways from an OE lens, and/or providing guidance to other stakeholders
- Support the new NDA program.
- Partner with business leaders on organisational design.
- Support workforce transformation and future-state planning.
- Advise on change management activities and initiatives.
- Apply established work design methodologies.
- Dedicated to the NDA program.
- 37.5-hour work week with a lower-pressure environment.
- Work as a peer within the team, with all members at director level.
- Solid focus on deliverables and outcomes.

Must have skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Work Design.
- Strong executive presence and strategic thinkingthrough a program
- Good active listening and ability to provide structured answers.
- Prefer a consulting background from Big 4,1 or 2 years. (Deloitte, E&Y; etc. from Human Capital Practice or People Practice, etc..)
- Experience in Org Design and/or Change Management
- Strong PowerPoint skills - ability to develop executive-ready deliverables (slide decks), including strategic recommendations
- Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills (oral and written) with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely to senior audiences
- Must be able to tailor messages and PowerPoint slides for different audiences




- Ability to work and think strategically.
- Ability to facilitate complex problem-solving sessions with varied stakeholder groups to drive to solutions.
- Ability to prioritise a to-do list, follow-through on what is required, and has strong attention to detail

Nice to have skills:

- 5+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, organization design, change management, transformation, strategy, or management consulting (FSI experience is an asset)
- Banking experience is a plus but not required. Big 4 consulting experience is more desirable.
- Ability to advise senior leaders and implement programs in all areas of organizational effectiveness.
- Proven experience to successfully effect change in a matrix organization and ability to manage the successfully transition from current to future state.
- Experience in breaking ambiguous problems into component parts, identifying logical methods to solve them and assessing business opportunities and impact.
