Salary
· Salary $77.32/hr Journeyman rate.
Job Duties
· Installation and service of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment
· Diagnosing HVAC and refrigeration problems in a commercial and industrial environment
· Commissioning of new buildings
· Preventive Maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration
Desired applicants must:
· Be a team player with a minimum 2-4 years of experience
· Have a valid BC Class 5 Driver’s license with clean driving record
· Utilize a robust understanding of construction process
· Possess excellent work ethic and mechanical aptitude
· Be self-motivated and passionate about their craft
· Be flexible in changing work environments
· Have strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and shop drawings
· Adhere to WorkSafe regulations
· Maintain working knowledge of environmental regulations
