Hatfield offers a permanent full-time opportunity for a Lead Manager in the Fisheries & Aquatics department, part of their Environmental Monitoring and Assessment Group. The successful candidate will excel in team leadership and project management, along with a deep understanding of aquatic ecosystems and legislation. Your role will involve directing business development efforts and enhancing client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and supervise environmental experts and technicians
• Manage a range of EMA Group projects effectively
• Advise clients on navigating environmental permitting processes
• Provide technical oversight on habitat restoration projects
• Lead business development and client presentations
Requirements:
• Relevant undergraduate degree or higher
• Eight or more years of senior-level consulting experience
• Qualified designation eligibility (e.g., P.Biol)
• Familiarity with federal and provincial environmental laws
• A valid Canadian driver's license with driving experience
