Qualifications

- A recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A natural communicator with a competitive edge and a desire to win.
- Curious, coachable, and eager to learn from experienced mentors.
- Interested in industrial operations, logistics, or facility services.
- Motivated by growth, financial rewards,



and making a difference.
- Exposure to fire protection, facility maintenance, or technical services (not required).
- Experience in customer service, sales, or team‑based environments.
- A resilient mindset and a strong sense of urgency.
