As a Project Coordinator, you will report directly to the Director of Planning and Acquisitions. Your expertise in planning and land development will be crucial in assisting with various project phases, including technical reports and zoning applications. This role involves tracking approvals, liaising with stakeholders, and providing administrative support to propel projects forward.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate land development projects and administrative tasks
• Assist in preparing area/neighborhood structure plans
• Compile technical reports for planning and development
• Conduct research to support land acquisition processes
• Facilitate communication with municipal staff and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Planning, Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years in planning and land development
• Experience working in Edmonton’s municipal frameworks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid research and analytical skills
