Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC) is seeking two experienced Nurse Practitioners to step into the Most Responsible Provider (MRP) role within the Alternate Health Facility – Transitional Care Unit, supporting care across episodes and ensuring protected transitions and continuity of care.

As part of the Patient Transitions & Clinical Resources portfolio, the NP-MRP will lead autonomous clinical practice, collaborate with physicians and interprofessional teams, and contribute to leadership,
