Epicor P21 Consultant

Responsibilities

- Serve as subject matter expert for P21 functional areas (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, Pricing).
- Gather and document business requirements; map them to P21 functionality.
- Configure P21 modules and optimize workflows to meet client needs.
- Conduct workshops, user training,



and UAT sessions.
- Support go‑live and provide post‑implementation assistance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.
- Develop and maintain integrations, and reports for P21.
- Build and optimize SQL queries and views, Business Rules using C# & .NET and dashboards.
- Implement and troubleshoot EDI, API, and third‑party integrations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Release / Rollout experience in P21
