Job Summary

AGCO Finance seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth across Western Canada, build dealer relationships, and deliver financing solutions that support AGCO dealers and customers.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with AGCO Finance's business objectives.
- Identify, pursue, and close financing opportunities with dealers and end‑user customers.
- Expand market penetration by developing new dealer relationships and growing existing accounts.
- Promote AGCO Finance products and programs to increase loan and lease volume while improving profitability.
- Become the trusted financing partner for AGCO dealers throughout the territory.
- Strengthen relationships with key dealer principals, sales teams, and major customers.
- Provide product expertise, training, and financing support to dealer organizations.
- Introduce new products and financing solutions that help dealers increase equipment sales.
- Structure complex financing transactions involving multiple stakeholders and unique customer requirements.
- Develop competitive financing proposals consistent with pricing and risk guidelines.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve dealer program performance and customer satisfaction.
- Create and execute strategic dealer account plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities.
- Maintain regular in‑person engagement with dealers and customers across the territory.
- Travel extensively throughout Western Canada to support business objectives.

Compensation

$80,528.00 – $120,792.00 (eligible for sales commissions that may increase target earnings beyond the listed range).

Location

Desired Primary Work Location: Calgary, AB & Regina, SK.

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, equipment finance, leasing, commercial lending, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of financing and lease products and markets.
- Demonstrated success in relationship management and business development.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a field‑based environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
