About the Role
Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment across Technology, AI, and Cyber Security portfolios.
This role is ideal for a strategic recruiter who brings deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment within large enterprise environments and has experience supporting hiring initiatives in banking, financial services, accounting, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
You will act as a trusted Talent Advisor to senior leaders, providing market insights, driving sourcing strategies, and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes for specialized and complex technology positions.

What You'll Do
Talent Advisory & Recruitment
- Serve as a trusted Talent Advisor to hiring leaders and business stakeholders.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer and onboarding.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technology talent.
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates.
- Advise leaders on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, Directors, and Vice Presidents.
- Influence hiring decisions through data, market intelligence, and recruitment expertise.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop talent strategies.
Reporting & Operational Excellence
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support strategic talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
- Manage recruitment activities while meeting service level agreements and quality expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in any discipline.
- 10+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for senior-level technology positions.
- Proven experience recruiting within:
- Technology
- Cyber Security
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Digital or Enterprise Technology portfolios
- Experience working within a large enterprise organization.
- Strong full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a complex recruitment portfolio.
Industry Experience Required
Candidates must have recruitment experience within one or more of the following sectors:
- Banking
- Financial Services
- Accounting
- Insurance
- Wealth Management
- Capital Markets
- Other highly regulated corporate environments
Candidates with experience recruiting for major financial institutions will be strongly preferred.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Workday Recruiting experience
- Experience supporting AI and Cyber Security portfolios
- Experience acting as a strategic Talent Advisor to senior leadership
- Knowledge of current technology talent market trends

- Brings strong business acumen and experience operating within the banking or financial services industry.
