What you will be doing:
- Develop, implement, and facilitate a program for young parents and their children.
- Supervise four childcare staff members.
- Facilitate two groups per week and an afternoon playschool once per week.
- Plan and connect with clients one‑to‑one.
What you will need:
- Minimum of four years combined education and experience in human services.
- Minimum of 2 years facilitation experience.
- Minimum of 1 year supervision experience.
- Experience with program planning development, delivery and evaluation.
- Experience working with at‑risk youth.
- Valid driver’s license.
Who you are:
- Understanding of theory and practice of counseling models,
crisis management, problem solving, early childhood development, bonding and attachment, and the needs of young parents.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Organized, enjoys working with a team, and able to work flexible hours.
