The Contract Manufacturing Associate supports the execution of contract manufacturing activities for assigned regions and provides operational support to the CoMan team under the direction of senior team members and the Director of Supply Chain. This role is designed to build capability, efficiency, and independence over time and requires flexibility as responsibilities and region coverage evolve.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Manufacturing Support

- Support end-to-end contract manufacturing activities for assigned regions.
- Gather and clarify ordering requests from PMs with guidance as needed.
- Translate PM sketches into AutoCAD drawings and revise based on feedback.
- Submit drawings for approval and incorporate changes.
- Assist with scheduling production and ordering from suppliers.
- Support PO preparation, tracking, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse team for receiving at the GTA warehouse.
- Work with the Logistics team to support deliveries to regional sites.

Production and Supply Chain Support

- Provide administrative and operational support to the CoMan team as required.




- Assist in addressing workload fluctuations, backlog, or temporary capacity gaps.
- Support data tracking, document preparation, and coordination across teams.
- Participate in process learning, improvement initiatives, and team problem-solving.
- Remain open to supporting additional regions or tasks as directed.

Development and Flexibility

- Build efficiency and confidence across monthly ordering cycles.
- Communicate workload challenges and learning needs proactively.
- Adapt to shifting priorities, regions and responsibilities as the function stabilizes and grows.

Experience and Skills

- Entry- to mid-level experience in manufacturing, production support, procurement, or supply chain.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (with continued development expected).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Cooperative mindset and openness to feedback.
- Developing time management and prioritization skills.
- Flexibility to support changing operational requirements.
