Responsibilities

- Equipment sales with new/existing customers
- Build loyal/long-term customer relationships
- Provide top-tier customer support and follow-up
- Identify unmet customer needs and provide solutions
- Develop innovative strategies to increase sales
- Stay current on knowledge of all sales-related areas
- Create brand awareness in your area
- Conduct equipment/product demos

Requirements





- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of agricultural equipment
- Education in Ag Business/Marketing or a related field
- Strong time‑management, organizational, and computer skills
- Three or more years of previous sales experience
- Knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
- Significant independent travel and a valid driver’s licence
- Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary
