Heavy Civil Equipment Operators - Project-Based Construction - CA-SK

Morgan is seeking Heavy Civil Equipment Operators to join their team in Saskatchewan. Operators will support multiple projects in heavy civil construction, working in agile environments and contributing to earthmoving, grading, and road building. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, physically fit, and experienced with graders, excavators, or dozers, especially in mining or challenging ground conditions.

What You’ll Need

- Successful completion of Alcohol and Drug Screening
- Comprehensive Fitness-to-Work Assessment
- Valid Safety Training tickets (Surface Common Core, CSO/BSO/CSTS-09/OSSA Regional, Intermediate First Aid with CPR & AED, H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance (HEO))




- Valid Driver’s License
- CSA Approved safety boots (minimum 6“ high & fully laceable)
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work rotational schedules, day or night shifts, and in all weather conditions
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience operating graders, excavators, or dozers in heavy civil earthworks, construction, road building, or mining

What Will Make You Stand Out

- Experience with Hard Rock mining environments
- Experience in Above Ground / Surface Mining
- Experience stripping overburden, stacking, stockpiling, and reclamation
- Experience working on all types of ground conditions, including soft ground
- Proven experience working on ice road construction
- Experience with technical specifications and grade plans, building roads, oilfield leases and pads
- Ability to finish or trim
