Manager, Recruitment @ PIVOTAL | HR Solutions Specialist

Are you a results-driven leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence in a manufacturing environment? Our client’s facility on the South Shore of Quebec is looking for a Facility/Plant Manager who thrives on implementing change management strategies, optimizing processes, and leading teams toward success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead change management initiatives and collaborate with executives to align processes with best practices
- Develop and mentor the management team to ensure your vision and strategies are adopted and sustained
- Create and roll out strategies to improve employee engagement and relations across all levels
- Champion workplace safety and build a culture of continuous improvement
- Design and execute plans to optimize operational performance and meet customer expectations
- Oversee financial and operational planning to meet cost and budgetary goals
- Work closely with HR and legal teams on incident reporting, WSIB, and health and safety strategies
- Foster leadership development across the site, building a solid pipeline for future roles




- Proven success in management of a lean team of 4 managers
- Ability to work with production staff to articulate vision and company mission statement

What You’ll Bring:

- A degree in Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline
- Fluency in both French and English
- Proven success with strategy and operational process improvement
- Demonstrated success in leadership roles within manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution environments
- Strong expertise in Lean methodologies, process improvement, and change management.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate on-site during day shifts
