- Terms of employment: Full time, Permanent
- Wage: $26.00 – $31.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 3
- Work Location: 17A-1399 McPhillips Street, Winnipeg, MB R2V 3C4
- 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

- Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including specialty dishes on the menu
- Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff during food preparation, providing guidance on cooking techniques, garnishing, and food presentation
- Demonstrate new cooking techniques and proper use of equipment to kitchen staff
- Train team members in food preparation, cooking methods, and safe handling practices




- Plan and update menus while ensuring all dishes meet established quality standards
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process for kitchen staff
- Coordinate the purchasing and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies

Job requirements:

- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
