You will guide potential renters on tours of available units, showcasing the property’s features. You will perform background checks, credit assessments, and other evaluations to determine if prospective renters meet the qualifications. You will prepare leasing documents for potential renters, ensuring compliance with property standards and regulations. Maintain a rapport with current tenants, providing personalized service and addressing their needs.What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the Employment Standards Act, strong oral and written communication skills, and proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,



Outlook) and Yardi.
