In the full time position of Overnight Coordinator, you will report directly to the Director of Emergency Services and collaborate with a peer to enhance overall service delivery during the night. You will play a key role in mentoring front-line staff and managing various administrative tasks relevant to policy and procedure adherence. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring the integrity and quality of services provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Night Co-Coordinator for continuity
• Oversee staff duties and program management




• Support policy implementation for MSP operations
• Monitor and report on staff performance
• Lead debriefs and address critical incidents
Requirements:
• At least two years human services experience
• Asset: Management and administrative experience
• Proficient in computer literacy
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Committed to the principles of harm reduction
