Role Responsibilities

- Ensure the automatic injection or manual entry of derivative transactions (IRS, CDS, OTC Options, Inflation Swap, etc.) from various clients into the system while respecting cut-off times.
- Reconcile positions with Portfolio Managers and counterparties.
- Handle reconciliation differences.
- Contact clients and counterparties externally, and the relevant departments internally, to ensure the smooth execution of operations.
- Develop and enhance IT tools (VBA, Access).




- Set up the process for monitoring and tracking operations (stats, KPIs).

OTC derivatives Pricing

- Ensure the valuation of financial instruments within the required deadlines.
- Provide support and ensure availability to address various network and banking operational questions and issues.
- Ensure internal price consistency checks.

Clearing listed derivatives

- Process listed derivatives (futures, options).
- Ensure timely trade matching with exchanges and clearing brokers.
- Monitor trade feeds from exchanges (CME, ICE, Eurex).
- Position and cash reconciliation.
- Ensure strict adherence to exchange cut-off times.
