Requirements

- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Must be able to handle multiline switchboard, emails, and work in a rapid‑paced, busy environment.
- Must be able to work all shifts, including evenings and graveyard shifts.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and register guests upon arrival.
- Provide outstanding guest service throughout their stay.
- Settle guests’ accounts upon completion of their stay.
- Drive the hotel shuttle to and from the airport and assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning public bathrooms, changing garbage, and other duties as assigned.
- Multi‑task in a detail‑oriented manner and problem‑solve to effectively deal with internal and external customers.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience is an asset.
