The Wealth Management Associate Program is a salaried development program aimed at developing sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a Wealth Advisory role. You'recompleting an undergraduate or master’s degree by January 2027, or you are a recent graduate with less than 5 years of experience and have developed a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
- Fully fluent in both Spanish and English

Placement in aScotiaMcLeodoffice to work with wealth teams to gain relevant and practical experience, complementary training, and support to help prepare you toattainlicensing requirements associated with transitioning into a Wealth Management Advisory role.
Ongoing support during the Program through various touch points with the Program Lead, Total Wealth Planning leaders, and your local Manager.
