Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to incoming email inquiries
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments
• Update records and systems related to customer interactions
• Track and manage shipments with partner carriers

Requirements:
• 2-3 years in an office environment
• 2-3 years in a customer service role
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Experience with TruckMate (TMW)
• Strong communication skills for customer support
