In this role, you will assist the IT Manager – Infrastructure to ensure reliable IT services across the organization. Your expertise will provide technical support, monitor system performance, and help implement new technologies that align with departmental goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and implement beneficial new technologies
• Provide support to fellow IT Coordinators




• Create documentation and training for current systems
• Ensure adherence to best practices and processes
• Respond and resolve Service Desk requests promptly
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or IT Administration
• 7 years in server administration experience
• Strong knowledge of VMware and Windows Server
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Commitment to health and safety policies
