Reporting to the President & CEO, you will capture actions, organize materials, and ensure governance documents are accurate and compliant.

The ideal candidate has post-secondary education and 10+ years in board governance and executive support, with superb organizational skills, discretion, and proficiency in MS Office and web tools.
