Perform analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily support of business applications. Work closely with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies and provide functional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements for technical teams
- Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses for system implementation decisions
- Resolve problems and identify opportunities to improve business processes
- Support complex business processes and manage multiple projects
- Act as liaison between business and IT to deliver technical solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8-10 years relevant experience with data warehouse and actuarial systems.
- Basic programming knowledge to read and understand code
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality technical solutions that improve operational efficiency
