The Junior Tennis & Player Development Manager will spearhead the development and execution of the Junior Tennis Curriculum. This role combines on-court coaching with program oversight and communication among players, their families, and coaching staff. You will manage junior player assessments and foster strong community relationships while ensuring alignment between recreational and performance pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver the Junior Tennis Curriculum across all levels
• Manage player assessments and appropriate program placements




• Foster relationships with parents and members to enhance communication
• Coordinate junior tournaments, camps, and pathway events
• Support junior coaches through mentoring and feedback
Requirements:
• Coach 2 certification or equivalent (required)
• Experience developing junior players with proven results
• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Knowledge of ROGY development and tournament structures
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
