- Supervising team members across shifts to ensure efficient and friendly service
- Upholding Tim Hortons food quality and preparation standards
- Guiding and supporting staff to build a positive team culture
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally




- Monitoring restaurant operations to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Adapting to varying shift schedules across any day of the week

Requirements

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry is required
- Flexible availability Monday through Sunday, including early morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to a positive experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
