A warm and welcoming family of five in Windsor are seeking an experienced, reliable, and nurturing full-time, live-out Nanny to care for their three children (aged 5, 4, and 9 months).

The family has a small dog, so a dog-friendly Nanny is essential. They also employ a full-time Housekeeper and a Weekend Housekeeper, so the ability to work harmoniously within a fully staffed household is key.

This is a lively and agile home, with Dad working from home three days a week and Mum actively involved. The ideal candidate will be confident, highly organised, and adaptable—someone who thrives in a busy family environment. This role also offers the exciting opportunity to travel with the family for several weeks a year.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily routines: Oversee school drop-offs, pick-ups, after-school activities, playdates, and appointments, ensuring a smooth flow between term time and holidays
- Meal preparation: Plan and prepare fresh, nutritious meals for the children, encouraging them to explore a variety of foods
- Educational support: Assist with homework, engage in stimulating learning-through-play activities, and provide tailored developmental support
- Infant care:



Manage the 9-month-old’s feeding, weaning, nap schedule, and arrange engaging classes and activities to support key milestones
- Morning & evening routines: Ensure stress-free mornings and calm, structured bedtime routines for all three children
- Household organisation: Maintain an organised and structured environment in all areas relating to the children

Requirements

- Confident driver with your own car (a family car is provided for use during working hours)
- Extensive Nanny experience, particularly with multiple children
- Calm, adaptable, and proactive, able to manage changing schedules with ease
- Previous experience with travel, proxy parenting, and a flexible approach to working hours when needed
- A confident cook who can prepare fresh, varied meals for the children
- Highly organised and self-motivated, ensuring a structured and supportive home environment

Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays. Flexibility required for extra hours or weekend work when needed
Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate
