The Wilder Institute’s Calgary Zoo is seeking a full time Manager, Concessions Operations to oversee all concession food and beverage operations across venues year-round. You will lead staff, implement health and safety programs, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The role requires 5+ years in relevant services and 3+ years supervisory experience, with a related college diploma and Red Seal preferred. Strong budgeting, training and HR skills are essential.
